Standard new items can be returned within 3 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, with all tags and accessories. Contact us with your order number to arrange a return — the owner will collect it on the next delivery round in your area.
New — sealed, unused, full warranty where applicable.
Open Box — packaging opened, product unused or briefly tested. Discounted; usually return-eligible.
Display Item — was displayed in-store. May show light handling marks, fully functional.
Minor Cosmetic Defect — a visible mark or blemish that does not affect function. Photographed and described on the product page.
Last Piece — the final unit in stock. Condition described on the product page.
Clearance — deep discount to clear stock. Clearance items are final sale unless stated otherwise.
Before delivery, every product — whatever its condition — is checked to work as described. If what arrives doesn’t match its description, tell us on the spot and we’ll make it right.
